TECHNOPHILIA 3.0 is the third edition of the technical fest hosted by the RISE Association, Department of Information Science and Engineering, Basaveshwar Engineering College (Autonomous), Bagalkot. It features 7 competitive technical events spanning coding, problem-solving, debugging, and innovation.
When and where is TECHNOPHILIA 3.0?
The event is held on 1st & 2nd April 2026 at the GALLERY HALL, BEC. Day 1 starts at 5:30 PM on 1st April.
What are the 7 events in TECHNOPHILIA 3.0?
The 7 technical events are: (1) SPINIGMA, (2) MIND YOUR MANOR, (3) CODECHAOS, (4) SECRET SYNDICATE, (5) CAROLLEMAZE, (6) CODELEAGUE, and (7) IDEA TO IMPACT. Each event tests a different technical skill.
What is the team size?
Maximum 2 members per team. A team can register with only the team leader, or with 1 additional teammate.
Is registration free?
Yes! Registration for TECHNOPHILIA 3.0 is completely free. Visit the Register page on this website or scan the QR code on our event poster to register your team.
What are the prizes?
The prize pool is: 1st Place — ₹5,000 | 2nd Place — ₹3,000 | 3rd Place — ₹1,500. Prizes are awarded to the winning team at the closing ceremony.
How does the competition work?
There are 7 events in total. The first 5 events are open to all registered teams. Based on the cumulative scores from these initial 5 rounds, top-performing teams will be shortlisted for the final phase. The shortlisted teams will then compete in the last 2 events on the second day to determine the ultimate winners.
How do I register my team?
Click the 'Register' link in the navigation or visit /register. Fill in your team name and team-lead details (name, USN, branch, semester, stay info). You may optionally add 1 teammate. You'll receive a confirmation ID and a QR code upon successful registration.

What are the rules and shortlisting criteria for the events?
There are 7 events in total. The first 5 events are mandatory and will be participated in by all registered teams. Based on the cumulative score of these 5 rounds, top teams will be shortlisted for the final phase. The shortlisted teams will then compete in the last 2 events on the next day, after which the ultimate winner will be decided.
Can I track my registration after signing up?
Yes. After registration you receive a unique Registration ID and QR code. Use this QR code for check-in at the venue on both event days. Keep your confirmation email and QR code handy.
Who can participate?
All students of Basaveshwar Engineering College, Bagalkot are eligible to participate. Ensure both members of your team are from the same college and have valid USN numbers.
